1. Take care of all patients based on orders given by clinicians.
2. Checking of all equipment’s in the ward and keeping them in order with the help of maintenance department.
3. Create safe environment in the hospital to prevent accidents and falls
4. Records and reports nursing care, treatment, medicine correctly and promptly.
