Dr. Vivek Manohar Sodhai is a Consultant Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon and Paediatric Hand Specialist at Sancheti Hospital, Pune, with expertise in the management of congenital deformities, paediatric trauma, hip disorders, limb reconstruction, paediatric hand surgery, bone and joint infections, bone tumours, and sports injuries in children. Having completed advanced fellowship training at premier institutions in India, South Korea, and Japan, he is dedicated to delivering specialised, evidence-based orthopaedic care for children. Dr. Sodhai is an Assistant Professor at the Sancheti Institute for Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation and regularly serves as faculty at national conferences and CMEs, including POSICON, POSAC, IFICS, and the Pune Trauma Operative Course. He was awarded the prestigious POSI–Prof. Kaye Wilkins Travelling Fellowship (2025–2026) and is a co-author of a Guinness World Record-winning international research publication in collaboration with the University of Birmingham, UK. He also served on the Organising Committee of the Pediatric Deformity Course, Pune (2025).
